Having served the Digital Education industry since 2002, Douglas was Head Online Applications & Services in Popular E-Learning Holdings and has worked at Learning Edvantage (Times Publishing Group) and MoreAtOnce. His roles vary from Training, Application Development, Multimedia Game Development, Content Development as well as Project and Team Management. Douglas holds a Master in Technology (Knowledge Engineering) from the National University of Singapore (ISS) and Bachelor of Computing (Business Systems) from Monash University Australia.
